 Now, what a situation would that be? You walk in, think about nothing bad and then witness that?! *dies laughing* Not that something similar hadn't already happened to me *cough* with my neighbours who live in the flat above mine *cough* And I can't even begin to describe how awkward I felt when I heard their activities. In this particular case here though... I wouldn't really be sure if I didn't peer into the room as well... *coughmenaughtyvoyeurcough*

Well it seems that we're running short of updates on here right now so......to break the lull.......enjoy
  Chapter 21. Foot in mouth. There was a chill in the air and Leigh was glad she'd decided on wearing her jeans. Sam had talked non stop on their drive into London and Leigh was more than happy to have let her. They had parked the car in a secure car park on the edge of the city, near to Lewisham and Sam decided that they needed to take the underground into the heart of London. "So where do you want to go shopping?" Sam asked as they got their day pass tickets. "Well," she giggled, "I would love to visit Covent Garden." Sam rolled her eyes and smiled, "Covent Garden it is then. Come on." They went through the security gates and down to the platform at Lewisham, heading to ward their destination. Finally getting there Leigh's face was full of wonder. Covent Gardens were nothing like she had imagined it was full of shops, some designer, and some high street and there were plenty of bars and restaurants. One thing which struck her as odd were the lack of actual gardens themselves. "So, where to?" Sam asked breaking Leigh out of her trance. "Wow, I don't know where to start," she asked in return, laughing. "OK, how about I suggest going over there?" she asked, pointing to a brightly coloured store. Leigh noticed the clothing store and smiled. Sam grabbed her arm and literally ran toward the store, laughing. They walked in, slightly out of breath and still giggling like teenagers. "Are you trying to kill me?" Leigh asked and gasped for air. "I am knackered now!" "Wuss!" Sam giggled in return and grabbed her arm again. "Where are you taking me now?" "You'll see." Sam led her toward the back of the store and Leigh flushed up as she noticed Sam had taken her straight to the lingerie section, "I thought you might be in need of some?" she laughed again. Leigh straight away knew what she was talking about. "…And besides I think my brother might enjoy something like this?" she taunted as she grabbed hold of a black lacy Basque and held it up toward Leigh. "Sam!" she squealed, "I can't believe you. I hardly know you and you are doing this?" "Welcome to the Bloom family Leigh. I bet you didn't think you were signing up for anything like this?" she laughed. "I'll leave you to it. Let me know when you are ready to pay and we'll get out of here." Leigh shook her head and felt a smile creep across her face. She wandered around not really looking at anything in particular until her attention was drawn to a matching set of plum coloured bra and pants. They really left little to the imagination and a wicked smile crossed her face. 'Perfect.' she thought as she picked them up and started to walk toward the changing room to try them on. She quickly undressed down to her panties and tried them on, pulling the new panties up over her old ones. She admired herself in the mirror. The bra itself was a plush lace and silk balcony push up bra moulded itself to her bosom and the panties fitted her perfectly. Happy about them she took them back off and got herself dressed again before leaving the changing room in search of the protagonist of this adventure. She spotted her looking at jackets and walked over, hiding the underwear behind her back, away from Sam's prying eyes. "Hey!" she said as Leigh got closer. "Found anything good?" "I might have!” she admitted, still keeping them away from Sam. "Uh-huh. So what did you get?" she said trying to pry the set off her to take a look, managing to wrangle them off her at the last second. "Nice choice." she grinned and Leigh stuck out her tongue. "I'm sure my brother will appreciate the effort." "Sam!" she shot back. "Oh come on Leigh, it's not as though I didn't hear you two going at it this morning," she quipped back quickly, catching Leigh off guard. She was glad she hadn't been drinking anything otherwise she would have sprayed it everywhere. "Anyway, I've just spoken to the man of your life and he's meeting us in half an hour." "Thanks Sam, you really know how to make someone feel awkward." she said sheepishly. "Awkward, Leigh-Ann? That was nothing. You really have to grow a pair and laugh it off with the rest of us, come on let's go pay for these." she laughed holding up a credit card. Leigh had to laugh as well as she noticed it bore Orlando's name. ~*~ They had just settled into a booth at the back of the back street bar when Orlando appeared looking really pleased with himself. "Afternoon Ladies." he smiled as he took his seat next to Leigh. "Hey," she smiled back, kissing his cheek lightly. "What are you so happy about?" "My agent called earlier,” he began, "she's had a bunch of new scripts sent over for me to look at and wants me to go and take a look at them." Leigh bit down on her lip but didn't say a word, knowing that she didn't want to upset him and knowing that she couldn't stop him if she wanted to. "That's great Orlando." she replied to his comments, her voice wavering a little. Orlando noticed the tension in her voice and made a mental note to discuss it with her later. "So little brother, a few scripts huh? Is she trying to drown you in paperwork?" Sam giggled, also noticing Leigh-Ann's tense reply. "I hope not Sam," he sighed, "but it will be nice to get back working again. I was getting a little bored sitting at home all day with nothing to do." Leigh tensed up next to him and he noticed again. "That was until you came into my life Leigh." he leaned over and whispered into her ear. He smiled as he felt her relax again. "So do we know what we were having?" "I was just about to order the beers." Sam replied as the hostess came over. "Hey guys," she breezed, "how are you all today? Not seen you in here for a while." "We're good thanks," Sam answered her, "can we have three beers and a menu?" "Sure thing Sam, Orlando." she replied and smiled at Leigh. Orlando and Sam launched into a conversation and Leigh sat back listening to them. "Come off it Sam," he laughed, "if I was in his position I wouldn't stick around either." "Orli, you know she never meant to upset him in that way, they have been together for years and it wasn't as if she had planned it!" she shot back. "Yeah but to act the way she did, threatening to kill him whilst holding a knife in her hand I would have run a mile too." he gripped Leigh's hand under the table and gave it a gentle squeeze, knowing what she had been through. "Leigh, what would you have done if the tables were turned?" Sam asked turning to her. "If you were in the situation where the other person was violent, would you stand and fight or run away from it?" Leigh sat there stunned. "You don't have to listen to Sam, Leigh. Don't worry about it." he spoke to her in a low, gentle voice before shooting a look at Sam. "I'm sorry I need to go to the bathroom." Leigh said getting up and excusing herself, escaping rather too quickly for Sam's liking. ~*~ She made it to the bathroom and promptly threw up, the memories of Matt that she thought she had finally buried rushed back. She gripped the edges of the sink and leaned back on her heals before slowly raising her head to look at herself, a pair of bloodshot eyes staring back at her. She shakily pushed the plug into the sink and started to fill it with cool water so she could clean herself up before making her way back to the table. ~*~ "Nice going Sam!" Orlando berated her whilst they sat at the table. "What have I done?" she shot back, confusion showing in her eyes. Orlando leaned back in his chair raising the front legs off the floor and threw his arms behind his head, shaking it before letting the chair fall back onto all fours again. "She's been through it Sam, with her ex." He explained and her hands shot to her mouth. "S'hit Orli, how the hell was I supposed to know? Couldn't you have warned me?" she threw daggers at him as she stood up. "Where are you going?" he asked her. "To see if she's OK, dumbass!" she shot back as she made her way to the ladies. ~*~ "Leigh?" she questioned, "Are you OK?" She heard quiet sobs coming from within one of the stalls and gently pushed the door open. Liegh was sat on the closed toilet seat with her hands clasped together in front of her pulled up knees. Sam crouched down in front of her. "I didn't know, Orlando just told me the shortened version." she tried to soothe her. "It's OK," she replied, trying to put a brave face on the matter and wiping her eyes. "You know if you want to talk about it, you can talk to me." Leigh looked up at her, "Thanks Sam." She stood up and followed Sam back to the booth.

Great update. I'm just loving this story to bits. I liked how you worked Covent Garden in but it made me homesick for it.  I always stop in there when I'm in London and love the shops there. I could just visualize it. It has such a great atmosphere.

Sorry for the double post but here's an update for you all
 Chapter 22. Taking the time to care. After sitting down to a somewhat awkward lunch Leigh decided that she wanted to spend a little time on her own and asked Orlando if she could take Sidi for a walk when they got back to the cottage. Sam had left them as soon as lunch was over saying she had somewhere to go. "Are you sure you are OK?" Orlando asked her, worriedly as soon as they had walked in through the door. "I'm fine," she replied for what seemed like the millionth time. "OK fine," he huffed as he shrugged off his jacket and took off his boots and jogged up the stairs. She stood in the doorway and called Sidi over. "Do you want to go for a walk boy?" she asked and Sidi went mad, he started to bark and dropped down onto his front paws, bottom in the air with his tail wagging furiously. "I take that as a yes then," she smiled. "We won't be too long Orlando," she shouted up the stairs, she waited for a moment to see if he was going to reply and when she didn't hear him she shrugged her shoulders and let herself out of the door. She walked up the side of the house and through the gate leading to the fields. ~*~ Orlando stood in the bedroom and watched her walk out of the gate. He sighed as he sat down on the bed, wondering what he could do to cheer her up. He felt as though he could strangle Sam for putting her foot in it, although he knew she wasn't to blame entirely. He should have said something before to her. He felt completely at a loss and wanted to do nothing but comfort her, he also realised that there was nothing much he could do. Until the demons had left her he needed to give her space. He swung his legs around and laid flat on the bed, placing his arms behind his head and started at the ceiling. ~*~ Leigh shut the gate behind her and sighed. There was a chill in the air and she felt more alone in that moment than she had ever felt before. She turned around and looked back at the house, hoping to see Orlando watching her then felt nothing but sorrow when he wasn't there. She pushed on and walked across the first field, smiling at Sidi bounding around chasing his tail. They soon got to the far end and she rested against the low wall surrounding it. Normally she loved her own company but right then she didn't want to be alone. ~*~ He'd lain on the bed for all of a couple of minutes before deciding what to do. He slowly got up and looked out of the window again watching Leigh as she walked away from the gate and started up the field. Her hands were in her pockets and her head hung low. ~*~ "Penny for them?" he asked as he hesitantly let his arms slide encompassing her waist making her jump. "Orlando," she squeaked in surprise, "I didn’t even know you had followed me," "Well, I wasn't going to," he admitted, "but I didn't want you to be alone." She pushed herself off the wall and let him embrace her. "I'm sorry about Sam." She turned around in his arms and drew him close to her, looking up at him she replied, "She didn't know, how could she have?" She then rested her head on his wind cooled jacket and shivered. "Are you cold love?" he asked as he nuzzled her dark raven locks. She nodded into his chest, drawing him closer to her, seeking his body heat. "Shall I call Sidi back and we can walk home, I'll draw you a bath?" "Sounds good." she responded to his question, not letting him go. He whistled Sidi who was at the point chasing the birds and he stopped, looking at his master. "Come here boy," he shouted and Sidi charged straight toward them, stopping just shy of their feet before he could plough into them. He pried Leigh off him and threw an arm around her, clasping her tenderly around her waist and held her to his side. She put one hand into her pocket and the other around Orlando, settling her head on his chest. She breathed in his scent and smiled, it reminded her of the freshness surrounding them. They walked effortlessly back to the house, Sidi now walking at their pace off to the side of them, head down sniffing in the grass. They shed their coats as soon as they got inside through the door. "I'll go and run you a bath?" he asked as she kicked off her boots. "Sounds good to me," she replied, still feeling a chill run through her bones. She walked around the living room and picked up a random book from a shelving unit and smiled. I was an old cast book from when he did Lord of the Rings. she flicked through the pages and laughed at all the silly comments his fellow cast-mates had written, One which caught her eye was a comment written by Orlando himself next to a photograph of him dressed as Legolas, written in she assumed Elvish, "Neen vahn-wah mehl, Rainyawiel." She wanted to know what it meant and vowed to look it up so not to embarrass Orlando in case it was something personal. He was standing at the top of the stairs, watching her as she perused the book before looking quizzically at it, running her fingers over the writing, he caught a glimpse of the page she had stopped at and drew in breath before stepping back onto the landing and calling her upstairs. Orlando was watching her closely; he didn't want to tear his dark brooding eyes away from her delectable figure as she slowly disrobed the clothing from her body. He gently pulled her onto his lap as he gazed down into her face, his thumbs caressing her cheeks he lowered his face toward hers and his lips gently brushed hers, all-consuming. Leigh moaned, her hands coming up to curl tightly in his hair, bringing him closer. Wrapping her tightly in his arms, Orlando opened his mouth over hers and took it as deep as he could go. He just couldn't get enough of her. He stood up; holding her in his arms as he gently placed her down into the warm water. He'd added a vanilla scented bubble bath which Sam had left in the bathroom. He smiled; she started to lower herself in and took in as much detail about her as he could. Her hair was pulled up into a dishevelled ponytail high on her head, a few tresses of hair escaping and curling around her face. He knew he wanted her but this was going to be about indulging her, giving her time to relax and unwind. It was not going to be about his total desire for her. He knelt on his knees beside the tub; he reached over grasping the long loofah sponge off the side before he submerged it in the water. "Sit up," he requested. Her eyes went wide. "Why?" "Because my desires are to bathe you, love. Now, sit up." He attempted to keep his hands from shaking as she slowly did as he asked, the bubbles parting in her wake. Slowly and fastidiously, Orlando slid the wet sponge around on her back, leaving a trail of small bubbles on her skin as he went. He didn't miss the way her body quivered as she sucked in small breaths. "What are you thinking about?" he asked, trying to keep his mind off of stripping down and joining her in the tub. "You" she breathed when his hand went lower on her back. "Me?" he asked her stroking her arms with the sponge, "Why?" "I'm anxious about going back home in a few days. I don't know if I want to go back." "Lean back." He requested, waiting for her to. Leigh slowly leaned back against the tub again, waiting to see what he would do next. His dark soulful eyes flashed over her face a moment, before he went back to watching his hands bathing her. She sighed as she knew he was trying to seduce her, to take her mind off Matt and what had happened at lunch. She knew it was working... really working. She was so impassioned now that she didn't think she ever wanted to leave his side, not even for a moment. Orlando glanced back up at her face, slowly letting the sponge go; his hands slid down to cup her generous breasts. Leigh cried out faintly, her back started to arch and she pushed herself more into his hands as he held her. He felt her nipples bead hard against the palms of his hands. "Are you warm now?" he asked, his voice filled with earnestness. She had all but lost the breath to speak so she could only nod. Orlando stood to his feet, not bothering to hide the fact that he was so stimulated in himself that he could barely move. Leigh's eyes widened when she saw the swelling there, her mouth was on the verge of watering with wanting to taste him... touch him... feel him inside of her. "Stand up." Orlando said, as he moved to seek a towel before spreading one out in his hands. Leigh slowly stood, allowing him to take her hand as she stepped out of the tub. She had fully expected him to wrap her in the towel and let her dry herself. But instead, he began to dry her himself. The caresses of the towel against her skin were almost as torturous as his hands were upon her exposed skin. He went to his knees, turning her away from him as he dried her legs and back. It wasn't until she felt the soft kisses on her lower back and she started to become aware of how close she was to reaching her zenith right there. He held himself back and escorted her to his bedroom, "You need to relax, get some sleep," he requested. "Lay with me?" she answered, "I want to feel your arms around me. He smiled and climbed onto the bed next to her, encasing her in his arms. He closed his eyes and they both fell asleep.
